Stéphane Perrotto is one of the founding partners of Accuracy. Stéphane advises large corporations and private equity investors on some of their critical operations or decisions including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, international disputes, and assistance in business restructuring, business plan preparation and business valuation.
Prior to founding Accuracy, Stéphane was with Ernst & Young in Paris (formerly Arthur Andersen) having joined the firm in 1992.
Stéphane speaks French, English and Spanish. He regularly leads cross-border engagements in all three languages.

Example of engagements
Stéphane was involved in some of the major debt restructuring cases in France over the last few years (e.g. SAUR and Arc International) and in significant cross-border engagements such as the acquisition of GE Water & Process Technologies by Suez in the US.
Stéphane has developed in-depth expertise in industrial contexts. Suez, PSA and LVMH are among his major clients.
Stéphane was involved in the reshaping of the automotive industry following the recent financial crises: he was involved in several distress transactions and equity injections.
More recently, he assisted PSA with the sale of the OPEL development department to Segula.
