Matthias started his career with an international investment bank in London before he moved to a Vienna-based private equity fund. He subsequently spent several years in different management roles with a significant restructuring focus in an SME environment before joining a big 4 where he focused on transaction advisory and performance improvement, primarily in the software, logistics and real estate industries.

Matthias provides financial advisory services to private equity firms, owners of privately held companies and corporations in the context of acquisitions and disposals. He regularly conducts buy-side financial due diligence, sell-side due diligence and vendor’s assistance.
