He specialises in financial restructuring, helping large and medium-sized companies, investors (investment funds) and lenders facing distressed situations.

Franck conducted numerous engagements in the context of restructuring and refinancing processes (IBR). He also provides assistance during court process and performs due diligence on distressed assets (in bonis or under insolvency proceedings).

Construction of monthly cash flow forecasts, and development of a process for analyzing discrepancies between actuals and projected cash flows, and implementation of the model within the group’s cash management software

  • Assisted a leading glass manufacturer and distributor in connection with its financial restructuring and its sale to an investment fund
