About

Roland Drapatz is a partner at Accuracy. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, he was a partner at an advisory firm and a principal at a strategy boutique in Germany.

He advises clients on strategy development and M&A, with a special focus on value creation and corporate performance. His work often involves extensive transformations and restructuring activities, requiring complex programme management and steering. He has led large carve-out and integration engagements across multiple continents and jurisdictions. Further, he has conducted numerous sustainability / ESG projects.

His clients include some of the largest private equity funds globally as well as leading multinationals.

Additionally, in his prior roles, Roland was head of Analytics and AI and chaired innovation functions, giving him extensive experience in deploying advanced technology, like analytics and AI.
