He specialises in transaction advisory services and manufacturing-related financial issues (cost accounting and standard cost set-up, financial assessment, carve-outs, etc.).

Arnaud has completed various financial analysis engagements in the context of acquisition/divestiture processes, business plan modelling and restructuring.
