In partnership with Capital Finance, Accuracy gave a speech during a breakfast debate on the problems related to management compensation packages, along with the law firm Sarrau Thomas Couderc on 27 November.

This debate was moderated by Franck Moulins (the Chief Editor of Capital Finance) and was attended by more than a hundred people.

– Why and how do changes in the relationship between LBO funds and management make it necessary to adopt a new approach to management packages?
– How are management packages being adapted to take account of these changes?
– Which legal, fiscal and financial aspects now need to be taken into consideration?

These questions were covered at length by the four speakers: Jean-Bernard Thomas, Hervé-Antoine Couderc (STC), Arnaud Lambert and Christophe Leclerc (Accuracy).
