Guido Althaus wins ‘Insolvency Litigation Expert Witness of the Year in Germany’


Guido Althaus, a partner in Accuracy’s Frankfurt office, has won the 2019 Corporate Intl Magazine Global Award: ‘Insolvency Litigation Expert Witness of the Year in Germany’.

The award marks excellence for the world’s leading advisers and financiers in an array of countries and continents. The 12th Corporate INTL’s annual awards 2019 is the largest to date, with more nominations received than ever before and remains one of the most respected in the industry.

“For several years, Guido has concentrated on litigation and arbitration support for clients and courts in both German and international dispute cases. We are delighted that this award highlights his market activities”, affirmed Kay Wüste, also an Accuracy partner in the Frankfurt office.
