Il est Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) et s'est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les \u00e9valuations contentieuses et l'\u00e9valuation des questions de quantum financier dans les cas de litiges, en plus de fournir des services de conseil financier dans les transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, David a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des \u00e9valuations de petites, moyennes et grandes entreprises pour le compte de parties prenantes, notamment des actionnaires, des cr\u00e9anciers et des administrateurs. Il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration d'avis d'\u00e9quit\u00e9 pour des comit\u00e9s ind\u00e9pendants de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s cot\u00e9es en bourse ainsi qu'\u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration d'\u00e9valuations formelles.<\/p>\n<p>David a \u00e9galement g\u00e9r\u00e9 plusieurs cessions d'entreprises, agissant en tant que conseiller des vendeurs pour d\u00e9terminer la valeur de leurs actions, n\u00e9gocier les conditions financi\u00e8res de la transaction et coordonner le processus de diligence raisonnable.<\/p>\n<p>David est bilingue (fran\u00e7ais et anglais).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Membre de l'Institut canadien des experts en \u00e9valuation d'entreprises (2006)<\/li>\n<li>Membre du Barreau du Qu\u00e9bec (1996)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Classements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexology.com\/firms\/1147960\/david_pelletier\">Index lexologique<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a tabindex=\"0\">Une expertise approfondie<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>David a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 son expertise dans les domaines suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9valuation d'entreprise\/avis sur la loyaut\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>Fusions et acquisitions ;<\/li>\n<li>Soutien en cas de litige et comptabilit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale ;<\/li>\n<li>Conformit\u00e9, gouvernance et bonnes pratiques de gestion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re de soutien au contentieux, David a produit plusieurs expertises et contre-expertises pour des tribunaux d'arbitrage ou judiciaires (Cour sup\u00e9rieure du Qu\u00e9bec et Cour d'appel du Qu\u00e9bec).\u00a0<em>Tribunal administratif du Qu\u00e9bec<\/em>).
