St\u00e9phane conseille les grandes entreprises et les investisseurs en private equity sur certaines de leurs op\u00e9rations ou d\u00e9cisions critiques, y compris la due diligence buy-side et sell-side, les litiges internationaux, et l'assistance \u00e0 la restructuration d'entreprises, la pr\u00e9paration de plans d'affaires et l'\u00e9valuation d'entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Avant de fonder Accuracy, St\u00e9phane a rejoint Ernst &amp; Young \u00e0 Paris (anciennement Arthur Andersen) en 1992.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e9phane parle fran\u00e7ais, anglais et espagnol. Il dirige r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des missions transfrontali\u00e8res dans ces trois langues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l'EDHEC<\/li>\n<li>M.Sc. en comptabilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a tabindex=\"0\">Exemples d'engagements<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>St\u00e9phane a \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9 dans certains des principaux cas de restructuration de dettes en France au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (par exemple SAUR et Arc International) et dans des engagements transfrontaliers importants tels que l'acquisition de GE Water &amp; Process Technologies par Suez aux \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e9phane a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une expertise approfondie dans les contextes industriels.
