Si des contrats bien r\u00e9dig\u00e9s fournissent le cadre commercial et contractuel n\u00e9cessaire, les intervenants ont soulign\u00e9 qu'une gestion efficace des contrats, une communication claire et une documentation exhaustive et \u00e0 jour sont souvent d\u00e9terminantes lorsque des probl\u00e8mes surviennent.<\/p><p>Un th\u00e8me r\u00e9current a \u00e9t\u00e9 celui du r\u00f4le de la documentation dans la bonne ex\u00e9cution des projets et la r\u00e9duction des risques. Des registres pr\u00e9cis et une gestion rigoureuse des contrats permettent non seulement de faciliter la r\u00e9solution des d\u00e9saccords, mais peuvent \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir l'apparition de litiges.<\/p><p>Le panel s'est \u00e9galement pench\u00e9 sur l'importance croissante accord\u00e9e aux m\u00e9canismes de pr\u00e9vention des litiges dans l'ensemble du secteur de la construction.
