S\u00e9jours de \u00ab d\u00e9tox num\u00e9rique \u00bb, exp\u00e9riences de bien-\u00eatre immersives, retraites de m\u00e9ditation, programmes consacr\u00e9s au sommeil ou \u00e0 la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 : tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments t\u00e9moignent de cette m\u00eame \u00e9volution. <b>Les h\u00f4tels ne se contentent plus de vendre simplement des chambres, mais proposent d\u00e9sormais un v\u00e9ritable \u00e9tat d'esprit.<\/b><\/p><p>Le secteur de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie-restauration est ainsi devenu l\u2019un des principaux acteurs d\u2019une \u00e9conomie \u00e9mergente ax\u00e9e sur le confort et la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9. Il ne s\u2019agit pas l\u00e0 d\u2019une \u00e9volution marginale. Selon le Global Wellness Institute, le tourisme de bien-\u00eatre repr\u00e9sente d\u00e9sormais pr\u00e8s de <b>$1 billion<\/b> \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale et poursuit son expansion rapide.\u00b9 Par ailleurs, le rapport \u00ab Trends Report 2025 \u00bb de Hilton r\u00e9v\u00e8le que deux voyageurs sur cinq choisissent d\u00e9sormais un h\u00f4tel en fonction de sa capacit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de leur sommeil.<\/p><p>\u00c0 premi\u00e8re vue, cette \u00e9volution semble tout \u00e0 fait naturelle dans un monde marqu\u00e9 par l\u2019hyperconnectivit\u00e9, des modes de vie toujours plus intenses et une fatigue psychologique croissante. Ce que de nombreux voyageurs recherchent de plus en plus, ce n\u2019est pas tant le voyage en soi que la possibilit\u00e9 de mettre entre parenth\u00e8ses, le temps de quelques jours, les exigences de la vie quotidienne. Le sociologue allemand Hartmut Rosa analyse cette situation \u00e0 travers le concept d\u2018\u2019 acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration sociale \u00bb.\u00b2 Nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e8rent une vitesse toujours plus grande sans pour autant nous donner l\u2019impression d\u2019avoir davantage de temps. Au contraire, le sentiment dominant est celui d\u2019une saturation constante.<\/p><p>Dans ce contexte, la promesse de l'hospitalit\u00e9 a \u00e9volu\u00e9 pour englober le r\u00e9tablissement d'une certaine ouverture et d'une certaine attention au monde. L\u2019h\u00f4tellerie contemporaine semble d\u00e9sormais poursuivre une ambition diam\u00e9tralement oppos\u00e9e. <b>Ne se contentant plus d'\u00eatre un lieu de passage, il aspire \u00e0 devenir un lieu d'ancrage personnel \u2013 un espace permettant de renouer avec soi-m\u00eame, avec les autres, ou avec un paysage et une culture particuliers.<\/b> C'est comme si voyager ne consistait plus \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir un autre endroit, mais \u00e0 retrouver quelque chose qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 perdu. Un sentiment d'appartenance. Le sentiment d'\u00eatre chez soi.<\/p><p>Cette transformation soul\u00e8ve \u00e9galement des questions plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sur notre mode de vie, notre fa\u00e7on de travailler et notre rapport au temps.
