Depuis des si\u00e8cles, l'hospitalit\u00e9 est le reflet de la mani\u00e8re dont les gens se d\u00e9placent, travaillent, font du commerce, se reposent, se rencontrent et trouvent leur place dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>

La reprise post-pand\u00e9mique a confirm\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois la r\u00e9silience du secteur et ses limites. Le secteur des voyages et du tourisme a enregistr\u00e9 une contribution record de $11,6 billions au PIB mondial en 2025<\/strong> et a permis de cr\u00e9er 366 millions d'emplois dans le monde entier.\u00b9 Pourtant, la dynamique est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en train de glisser<\/strong> alors que les tensions g\u00e9opolitiques, la hausse des co\u00fbts de transport et l\u2019incertitude \u00e9conomique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale p\u00e8sent sur la confiance. \u00c0 eux seuls, les \u00c9tats-Unis devraient enregistrer une perte de $12,5 milliards de d\u00e9penses des visiteurs internationaux en 2025 \u2013 soit une baisse de 6,6% \u2013, ce qui illustre \u00e0 quel point la demande structurelle peut \u00eatre rapidement perturb\u00e9e par le contexte politique. Plusieurs changements structurels sont en train de transformer le secteur de l'h\u00f4tellerie. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9volution est d'ordre num\u00e9rique :<\/strong> Si la visibilit\u00e9 (assur\u00e9e notamment par les agences de voyage en ligne\u00b2) reste importante pour la distribution, l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation est d\u00e9sormais primordiale. Alors que les assistants IA comparent les options, optimisent les prix et la commodit\u00e9, et finalisent des transactions personnalis\u00e9es, la question cl\u00e9 devient si un h\u00f4tel est correctement compris, consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme fiable et recommand\u00e9 par les algorithmes.<\/strong><\/p>

Le deuxi\u00e8me changement est d'ordre financier :<\/strong> Le secteur de l'h\u00f4tellerie est de plus en plus indissociable de l'immobilier. Les h\u00f4tels doivent \u00eatre des cr\u00e9ateurs de valeur patrimoniale, de services et de revenus r\u00e9currents pour les promoteurs et les propri\u00e9taires.<\/p>

Le troisi\u00e8me changement concerne l'utilisation.<\/strong> Les fronti\u00e8res entre les voyages d'agr\u00e9ment, les voyages d'affaires et la vie quotidienne s'estompent, et les clients s'attendent de plus en plus \u00e0 disposer d'espaces o\u00f9 ils peuvent dormir, travailler, se r\u00e9unir, manger, faire du sport, rencontrer des gens et parfois m\u00eame vivre.<\/p>

Ces changements soul\u00e8vent des questions fondamentales pour les dirigeants du secteur de l'h\u00f4tellerie-restauration.<\/strong> \u00c0 qui revient la gestion de la relation client dans un monde o\u00f9 l'IA joue un r\u00f4le central ? O\u00f9 se situent les marges ? Comment les enseignes h\u00f4teli\u00e8res peuvent-elles transformer l'attrait \u00e9motionnel en valeur immobili\u00e8re mesurable ?
