Nous sommes fiers d\u2019annoncer que Christopher Beirise, associ\u00e9 chez Accuracy, a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 copr\u00e9sident du sous-comit\u00e9 \u00ab T\u00e9moins d\u2019expertise et preuves techniques \u00bb du Comit\u00e9 des projets de construction internationaux (ICP) de l\u2019Association internationale du barreau (IBA), r\u00e9cemment cr\u00e9\u00e9.<\/p>

L\u2019ICP a obtenu l\u2019approbation officielle de l\u2019IBA pour la cr\u00e9ation de ce nouveau sous-comit\u00e9, dont l\u2019objectif est de renforcer un dialogue constructif au sein du secteur de la construction, en r\u00e9unissant sur une m\u00eame plateforme les points de vue juridiques, techniques et commerciaux. Cette initiative refl\u00e8te l\u2019importance croissante de l\u2019apport des experts dans les projets et litiges internationaux complexes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la construction, ainsi que la valeur de la collaboration entre les diff\u00e9rentes disciplines.<\/p>

Chris a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u201c Je suis honor\u00e9 d'assumer ce r\u00f4le au sein de l'ICP. La cr\u00e9ation du sous-comit\u00e9 charg\u00e9 des experts judiciaires et des preuves techniques t\u00e9moigne de l'importance croissante que rev\u00eatent les expertises rigoureuses et ind\u00e9pendantes dans les projets de construction internationaux.
