Enel\u00a0<\/strong>a conclu l'acquisition d'un portefeuille compos\u00e9 de deux parcs \u00e9oliens terrestres en Allemagne\u00a0<\/strong>avec une capacit\u00e9 install\u00e9e totale de 51 MW.<\/p>\n

La transaction contribue \u00e0 hauteur d'environ 10 millions d'euros par an \u00e0 l'EBITDA ordinaire du groupe gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un tarif r\u00e9glement\u00e9 dans le cadre d'un r\u00e9gime de prime de rachat, qui garantit un niveau de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration minimum si les prix de vente sur le march\u00e9 sont inf\u00e9rieurs au seuil pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n

Avec une valeur d'entreprise d'environ 80 millions d'euros, cette op\u00e9ration repr\u00e9sente la premi\u00e8re acquisition significative par le groupe Enel d'un portefeuille de centrales op\u00e9rant en Allemagne. Ce march\u00e9 est essentiel dans la strat\u00e9gie d'expansion g\u00e9ographique du groupe, qui pr\u00e9voit une croissance dans le secteur des \u00e9nergies renouvelables \u00e9galement par le biais d'acquisitions cibl\u00e9es, en se concentrant sur des zones g\u00e9ographiques caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es par une stabilit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire et macro\u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n
