Nous pourrions mentionner le changement de strat\u00e9gie des \u00c9tats-Unis, qui tirent parti de leur position dominante pour exercer une pression sur leurs rivaux, le scepticisme croissant \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard des politiques budg\u00e9taires dans les \u00e9conomies avanc\u00e9es, ou encore l'\u00e9mergence d'un monde multipolaire, qui suscite des craintes d'instabilit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que d'\u00e9quilibre.<\/p><p>Si les facteurs cycliques et l'essor du march\u00e9 tir\u00e9 par les technologies continuent d'assurer une certaine continuit\u00e9, la position de l'administration Trump accentue cette rupture. La transition est en cours, mais il faut s'attendre \u00e0 quelques turbulences et \u00e0 des signaux erron\u00e9s.<\/p><h4>Productivit\u00e9 : le foss\u00e9 transatlantique en mati\u00e8re d'innovation<\/h4><p>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente de la R\u00e9serve f\u00e9d\u00e9rale am\u00e9ricaine met en \u00e9vidence une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 frappante : si le Royaume-Uni, la France et l'Allemagne avaient suivi le rythme des innovations int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans les investissements depuis 2000 aux \u00c9tats-Unis, leur productivit\u00e9 serait sup\u00e9rieure de 30 \u00e0 100 %, et leur PIB aurait augment\u00e9 de 4 \u00e0 11 %. Les analystes soulignent les raisons suivantes :<\/p><ul><li>contraintes r\u00e9glementaires qui ralentissent l'agilit\u00e9 entrepreneuriale ;<\/li><li>des mesures de protection des travailleurs qui augmentent le co\u00fbt de l'\u00e9chec, d\u00e9courageant la prise de risques et l'innovation radicale ;<\/li><li>La recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9orient\u00e9s vers des produits matures, ce qui a limit\u00e9 les avanc\u00e9es significatives.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>Le rapport Draghi (2024) a relanc\u00e9 le d\u00e9bat sur la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, mais le d\u00e9fi demeure : comment l'Europe peut-elle adapter son mod\u00e8le social pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de flexibilit\u00e9 et d'innovation ?<\/p><h4>Le dilemme r\u00e9glementaire : productivit\u00e9 ou d\u00e9mocratie ?<\/h4><p>Les appels \u00e0 la d\u00e9r\u00e9glementation se font de plus en plus pressants, en particulier dans le secteur technologique, qui consid\u00e8re les r\u00e9glementations telles que la loi europ\u00e9enne sur l'IA comme des obstacles au progr\u00e8s.
