Les volumes de pr\u00eats hypoth\u00e9caires ont rebondi de plus de 20% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, sous l'effet de mesures publiques telles que l'extension des pr\u00eats \u00e0 taux z\u00e9ro.<\/li><li>\u00a0Cependant, le march\u00e9 de la promotion immobili\u00e8re reste mitig\u00e9. L'offre nouvelle reste insuffisante pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins structurels, malgr\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re reprise du nombre de permis de construire d\u00e9livr\u00e9s et des mises en chantier. Si certains acteurs voient leurs marges s'am\u00e9liorer gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des op\u00e9rations de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, la plupart souffrent encore de l'effet dilutif des programmes lanc\u00e9s en 2024.<\/li><li>\u00a0Pour les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s immobili\u00e8res, la situation reste plus nuanc\u00e9e. Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s cot\u00e9es ont vu leurs revenus locatifs se stabiliser, soutenus par l'indexation des loyers commerciaux et la r\u00e9sistance de la demande pour les actifs de premier ordre. Cependant, la valeur des actifs reste sous pression en raison d'un environnement de taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat toujours \u00e9lev\u00e9s et d'une s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 accrue des investisseurs.
