Le 1er juillet 2025, Accuracy China et King & Wood Mallesons, soutenus par YSIAC, ont organis\u00e9 conjointement un \u00e9v\u00e9nement d'une demi-journ\u00e9e intitul\u00e9 \"Getting inside the black box of the arbitral tribunal : how to make your arbitrators like you and your case\" (Entrer dans la bo\u00eete noire du tribunal arbitral : comment faire en sorte que vos arbitres vous appr\u00e9cient et appr\u00e9cient votre affaire).<\/p>\n

L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour explorer la science de la d\u00e9fense des int\u00e9r\u00eats et de la persuasion d'un point de vue interjuridictionnel et culturel, ainsi que pour fournir aux praticiens, en particulier aux jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, des connaissances et des id\u00e9es dans ces domaines.<\/p>\n

L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a r\u00e9uni des personnalit\u00e9s du monde de l'arbitrage en Asie-Pacifique, notamment Lucy Reed (pr\u00e9sidente de la Cour d'arbitrage de la SIAC, arbitre ind\u00e9pendante, Arbitration Chambers New York) et Jingzhou Tao (arbitre ind\u00e9pendante, avocat \u00e0 la cour de Paris), ainsi que de jeunes praticiens de Chine continentale, de Hong Kong et de Singapour. Leong Munyou, directeur chez Accuracy, s'est joint \u00e0 la discussion et a partag\u00e9 son exp\u00e9rience sur l'application de la \"science\" et des \"bonnes r\u00e8gles\" dans la pratique de l'arbitrage du point de vue d'un t\u00e9moin expert.<\/p>\n
