Pendant la semaine de l'arbitrage \u00e0 Paris, nous avons eu le plaisir d'accueillir un groupe d'intervenants dans nos bureaux pour une session de r\u00e9flexion sur les litiges li\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement durable. Dans une salle comble et devant un public enthousiaste, la discussion a port\u00e9 sur le nombre croissant de litiges li\u00e9s aux questions d'environnement et de droits de l'homme, ainsi que sur la mani\u00e8re dont les entreprises, les avocats et les experts peuvent aborder de mani\u00e8re proactive les risques juridiques associ\u00e9s. Nous avons explor\u00e9 l'\u00e9volution des cadres r\u00e9glementaires, des cas d'entreprises sp\u00e9cifiques et le r\u00f4le de l'arbitrage dans le r\u00e8glement des litiges ESG.
