Jusqu'\u00e0 r\u00e9cemment, ces acteurs n'ont pu conqu\u00e9rir que des clients \u00e0 distance qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent peu de profits. Cela s'explique en partie par l'ADN local des trois acteurs qui dominent le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais. Cependant, le vieillissement de la population et la digitalisation croissante rendent cette caract\u00e9ristique de moins en moins avantageuse.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-word-spacing ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">Plusieurs raisons expliquent cette \u00e9volution. Tout d'abord, le d\u00e9veloppement des banques en ligne, qui proposent des produits de plus en plus comparables \u00e0 ceux des banques traditionnelles, attire une client\u00e8le habitu\u00e9e \u00e0 l'autonomie. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la forte diminution des interactions en agence joue en d\u00e9faveur des r\u00e9seaux physiques. En misant sur la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 et l'efficacit\u00e9 des canaux num\u00e9riques, les banques en ligne red\u00e9finissent progressivement la notion de proximit\u00e9 dans la relation client.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-word-spacing ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">N\u00e9anmoins, le mod\u00e8le d'agence fran\u00e7ais reste r\u00e9silient, notamment parce que le cr\u00e9dit, pierre angulaire de la conqu\u00eate de la client\u00e8le de base de la banque, privil\u00e9gie toujours le face-\u00e0-face.  Cependant, les banques traditionnelles doivent acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer leur transformation num\u00e9rique si elles veulent rester comp\u00e9titives. Il constitue pour les banques traditionnelles un outil essentiel dans la mise en \u0153uvre de leur strat\u00e9gie d'acquisition de client\u00e8le, puisque pr\u00e8s d'un nouveau client sur deux est capt\u00e9 par l'octroi d'un cr\u00e9dit immobilier. Cet effet harpon explique en partie la faiblesse relative des marges en France par rapport aux autres pays europ\u00e9ens : g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins de 0,50% en France contre plus de 1% en Europe.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-word-spacing ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">Les nouveaux acteurs de la banque de d\u00e9tail ont historiquement opt\u00e9 pour d'autres moyens de capter la client\u00e8le : des taux attractifs sur les op\u00e9rations bancaires courantes, des primes de bienvenue et une exp\u00e9rience client suppos\u00e9e sup\u00e9rieure. Mais cela ne suffit pas \u00e0 attirer le client pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 des banques traditionnelles : le client principal, qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re en moyenne trois \u00e0 quatre fois plus de revenus que son \u00e9quivalent secondaire ou \u00e0 distance.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-word-spacing ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">Revolut s'est engag\u00e9e dans un processus d'\u00e9largissement de sa gamme de produits, qui comprend d\u00e9sormais des pr\u00eats hypoth\u00e9caires. Elle poursuit ainsi son ambition de devenir la premi\u00e8re banque de ses clients. Avec une promesse d'offre de pr\u00eat en 24 heures bas\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es, la n\u00e9obanque entend bousculer un domaine souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme perfectible. Apr\u00e8s avoir vol\u00e9 sous les radars pendant un certain temps, la banque en ligne a connu une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration stup\u00e9fiante de son d\u00e9veloppement. Jusqu'en 2017, BoursoBank croissait lentement mais s\u00fbrement, ajoutant environ 250 000 clients par an. Puis, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une forte hausse des d\u00e9penses d'acquisition, son rythme de croissance s'est consid\u00e9rablement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9, atteignant r\u00e9cemment 1 million de clients par an.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-word-spacing ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">Avec une base de plus de 7 millions de clients, BoursoBank est aujourd'hui confront\u00e9e \u00e0 un nouveau d\u00e9fi : transformer son \u00e9norme base de clients secondaires en clients primaires, la cat\u00e9gorie la plus fid\u00e8le et la plus rentable, avec des revenus unitaires trois \u00e0 quatre fois sup\u00e9rieurs. L'acteur en ligne a en effet capt\u00e9 environ 25% de la production des banques fran\u00e7aises au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.
