Nous ne sommes probablement qu'au d\u00e9but de ce qui est possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'application intelligente de l'IA au big data dans l'environnement d'ex\u00e9cution des projets.<\/li>\n<li>La mise en \u0153uvre de l'IA d'une mani\u00e8re qui apporte de la valeur ajout\u00e9e est un d\u00e9fi complexe qui exige beaucoup plus de nuances que la simple superposition d'une technologie aux processus existants. Il est tout aussi essentiel d'\u00eatre inform\u00e9 et confiant dans les donn\u00e9es qui alimentent un mod\u00e8le que de les traiter et de les pr\u00e9senter avec pr\u00e9cision.<\/li>\n<li>En tant que consultants et conseillers, nous devons anticiper l'\u00e9volution du paysage des donn\u00e9es relatives aux projets, notamment la mani\u00e8re dont les clients, les investisseurs et les \u00e9quipes de projet prennent des d\u00e9cisions dans un environnement riche en donn\u00e9es. O\u00f9 trouverons-nous l'\u00e9quilibre entre l'information et la compr\u00e9hension lorsqu'il s'agit d'\u00e9valuer les pr\u00e9visions, les d\u00e9cisions et les performances des projets ? Et comment les m\u00eames plateformes peuvent-elles aider les consultants \u00e0 travailler plus rapidement et plus efficacement dans le cadre d'enqu\u00eates complexes ?<\/li>\n<li>Nous ne devons pas sous-estimer les d\u00e9fis culturels \u00e0 relever pour tirer le meilleur parti de ces technologies. Il est naturel que ceux dont les r\u00f4les changeront avec l'av\u00e8nement de la gestion de projet et des contr\u00f4les bas\u00e9s sur l'IA h\u00e9sitent \u00e0 adopter et \u00e0 faire confiance \u00e0 ces plateformes, mais il est vital pour les organisations d'adapter leurs processus et leurs flux de travail afin d'utiliser au mieux \u00e0 la fois leur personnel et leurs plateformes si l'on veut tirer tous les avantages des nouvelles technologies.<\/li>\n<li>C'est pourquoi l'investissement dans la technologie n\u00e9cessite probablement aussi un investissement dans les \u00e9quipes, dans la formation continue d'experts exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de contr\u00f4le, dans l'encouragement des talents et dans le d\u00e9veloppement de capacit\u00e9s internes pour utiliser, interpr\u00e9ter et appliquer l'efficacit\u00e9 et la perspicacit\u00e9 que l'IA peut offrir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 propos de la conf\u00e9rence, notre directeur, Dan Hostein, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 <em>\"L'exposition sur le contr\u00f4le des projets a \u00e9t\u00e9 une excellente occasion de renouer avec d'anciens coll\u00e8gues et de rencontrer des experts du secteur.
