Il aborde la mani\u00e8re dont le secteur public, par le biais des n\u00e9gociations de la COP 28, peut aider le secteur priv\u00e9 \u00e0 atteindre ses objectifs.<\/p>\n<p>Accuracy, le cabinet international de conseil ind\u00e9pendant, a publi\u00e9 en avril 2023 un rapport intitul\u00e9 \"Construire demain : La COP de l'action. Recommandations du secteur de la construction \u00e0 la COP28\". Suite \u00e0 un atelier organis\u00e9 par Accuracy le 1er mars 2023 avec des repr\u00e9sentants de l'ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur du secteur de la construction, ce rapport fournit des recommandations exploitables pour les d\u00e9cideurs de la COP 28 sur l'atteinte du z\u00e9ro net dans l'industrie de la construction d'ici 2050.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport met en \u00e9vidence trois domaines d'action cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Politiques et r\u00e8glements<\/li>\n<li>Financement et investissement<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9ducation et sensibilisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le rapport affirme que les gouvernements doivent adopter des politiques et des r\u00e9glementations ambitieuses qui encouragent les pratiques de construction durable. Il souligne \u00e9galement la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'augmenter les investissements dans les infrastructures durables et l'importance d'impliquer les parties prenantes et les communaut\u00e9s dans la transition vers le \"z\u00e9ro net\".<\/p>\n<p>Zulema Sanchis, directrice d'Accuracy, d\u00e9clare : \"Nous avons eu une session de brainstorming \u00e9tonnante et vraiment inspirante, au cours de laquelle des acteurs cl\u00e9s repr\u00e9sentant l'ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur ont exprim\u00e9 leurs id\u00e9es sur ce qu'il manquait au secteur pour progresser vers le z\u00e9ro net. Le secteur priv\u00e9 s'est exprim\u00e9,<br \/>\net il n'y a pas de retour en arri\u00e8re possible. J'ai h\u00e2te de voir comment la COP 28 influencera l'avenir de notre ch\u00e8re industrie de la construction\".<\/p>\n<p>Les informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es dans le rapport seront utiles aux d\u00e9cideurs lors de la COP 28, les aidant \u00e0 comprendre et \u00e0 prendre des mesures pour parvenir \u00e0 des \u00e9missions nettes nulles dans l'industrie de la construction d'ici 2050.
