En avril 2024, nous avons organis\u00e9 le \"S\u00e9minaire sur la r\u00e9solution des litiges dans les projets de construction internationaux\" \u00e0 P\u00e9kin, en Chine. Ce s\u00e9minaire hybride a \u00e9t\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s avec pr\u00e8s de 80 participants hors ligne, dont des repr\u00e9sentants des principales entreprises de construction nationales, ainsi que des avocats et des arbitres renomm\u00e9s dans le domaine de la construction en Chine et \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger. En outre, nous avons accueilli pr\u00e8s de 110 000 participants en ligne.<\/p>\n

Quatre experts en construction d'Accuracy des bureaux de Londres, Duba\u00ef et Singapour - Herv\u00e9 de Trogoff, Juan S\u00e1ez Garc\u00eda, Samuel Widdowson et Alasdair Snadden - ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 deux tables rondes, partageant leurs r\u00e9flexions sur le d\u00e9veloppement et les tendances de la r\u00e9solution des litiges dans les projets de construction internationaux et sur les diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9fis auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les entreprises chinoises d'ing\u00e9nierie de la construction.<\/p>\n
