LES COMMUNICATIONS LES PLUS EXIGEANTES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La surveillance des appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques des op\u00e9rateurs est l'activit\u00e9 de surveillance la plus exigeante sur le plan technique, et ce pour une myriade de raisons : les appels sont complexes, la qualit\u00e9 des enregistrements est m\u00e9diocre et, ce qui est le plus frustrant, la technologie utilis\u00e9e fonctionne rarement.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat net est que les industries r\u00e9glement\u00e9es ont, pendant longtemps, \u00e9vit\u00e9 de d\u00e9ployer des solutions de surveillance vocale, malgr\u00e9 le fait que les communications vocales fournissent un excellent aper\u00e7u des comportements r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensibles. Les appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques sont plus fluides et, par cons\u00e9quent, plus incriminants que les courriels<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><strong><em><sup>1<\/sup><\/em><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Du point de vue des risques, il n'est pas logique de surveiller les courriels mais pas les appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques ; du point de vue du budget, cela n'avait pas de sens auparavant en raison des co\u00fbts li\u00e9s \u00e0 la surveillance audio. Cependant, la technologie \u00e9volue et les co\u00fbts baissent, ce qui r\u00e9sout un probl\u00e8me et en cr\u00e9e un autre !<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0c82e1;\">2. POURQUOI LA TECHNOLOGIE VOCALE EST-ELLE SI MAUVAISE ? ALEXA FONCTIONNE ! <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses personnes sont, \u00e0 juste titre, frustr\u00e9es que la technologie utilis\u00e9e pour convertir la voix en texte dans les services financiers soit si m\u00e9diocre. L'Alexa d'Amazon peut \u00eatre achet\u00e9e pour 40 livres sterling ou moins et est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme plus pr\u00e9cise qu'une application d'un million de livres sterling - ce qui semble injuste, dans le meilleur des cas.<\/p>\n<p>Les raisons en sont essentiellement historiques.<\/p>\n<p>Une grande partie de la technologie d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e dans les banques pour surveiller les traders a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d'une technologie con\u00e7ue pour le secteur de la vente au d\u00e9tail. Les appels surveill\u00e9s dans la banque de d\u00e9tail sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des conversations sc\u00e9naris\u00e9es et pr\u00e9visibles, enregistr\u00e9es sur des casques de haute qualit\u00e9 dans un centre d'appel silencieux.<\/p>\n<p>Les appels de traders sont tout le contraire : les appels sont non sc\u00e9naris\u00e9s, impr\u00e9visibles et enregistr\u00e9s sur des microphones de faible qualit\u00e9 avec un \"d\u00e9bit binaire\" tr\u00e8s bas. La plupart des syst\u00e8mes enregistrent \u00e0 environ 8 bits. C'est quatre fois moins qu'un podcast et seize fois moins que les normes de diffusion de la BBC.<\/p>\n<p>La mauvaise qualit\u00e9 de l'enregistrement, combin\u00e9e \u00e0 des microphones de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 et \u00e0 un arri\u00e8re-plan bruyant, signifie qu'il est difficile pour la technologie de discerner les diff\u00e9rents sons et mots, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une transcription de mauvaise qualit\u00e9. En outre, bon nombre des technologies d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es font appel \u00e0 des solutions \"sur site\" plut\u00f4t qu'\u00e0 des plateformes bas\u00e9es dans le nuage. Alexa d'Amazon tire parti non seulement de l'\u00e9norme puissance de calcul d'AWS, mais aussi de toutes les donn\u00e9es auxquelles elle peut acc\u00e9der. Alexa met constamment \u00e0 jour et am\u00e9liore la plateforme, soutenue par des millions d'utilisateurs dans le monde entier qui contribuent \u00e0 faire fonctionner sa technologie d'apprentissage en profondeur. Cette puissance de calcul et de donn\u00e9es, associ\u00e9e au fait que les appareils Alexa sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de sept microphones pour assurer un enregistrement et une s\u00e9paration de haute qualit\u00e9 des conversations, signifie que les capacit\u00e9s d'Alexa d\u00e9passent de loin celles d'une solution standard, statique et sur site.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0c82e1;\"><strong>3. LA SITUATION S'AM\u00c9LIORE-T-ELLE ?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les niveaux de pr\u00e9cision de la technologie de conversion de la parole en texte ont augment\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on spectaculaire, apr\u00e8s \u00eatre rest\u00e9s pratiquement statiques pendant pr\u00e8s d'une d\u00e9cennie. De 2000 \u00e0 2010, la plupart des technologies avaient une pr\u00e9cision d'environ 70% au mieux (voir le graphique ci-dessous) ; de 2013 \u00e0 2016, cette pr\u00e9cision s'est radicalement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et a atteint la marque de 94,1%. Il s'agit d'une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9, car elle correspond \u00e0 la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de la pr\u00e9cision humaine.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2016, cette technologie de pointe commence \u00e0 se g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser, avec un acc\u00e8s stable et facilement accessible au public.<\/p>\n<p>En bref, la technologie r\u00e9elle s'est consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et peut \u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e par les banques et les compagnies d'assurance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><u>Taux d'erreur sur les mots de la reconnaissance vocale pour une s\u00e9lection de points de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/u><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftn2\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12476\" src=\"https:\/\/www.accuracy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/image-1-300x157.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"472\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0c82e1;\">4. TOUT EST DONC R\u00c9GL\u00c9 ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9cision de la technologie de conversion de la voix en texte est d\u00e9sormais \u00e9gale, voire sup\u00e9rieure, \u00e0 celle de l'homme. Cela ne signifie pas pour autant que le probl\u00e8me est r\u00e9solu. Loin de l\u00e0, il y a deux raisons \u00e0 cela : la qualit\u00e9 et le volume.<\/p>\n<p>Les tests et les crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sont bas\u00e9s sur un ensemble de donn\u00e9es standard de type \"standard t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique\", <em>pas<\/em> les appels des traders. Les donn\u00e9es de test sont donc de bien meilleure qualit\u00e9 que les appels r\u00e9els des traders. Cette diff\u00e9rence de qualit\u00e9 d'appel signifie que le simple fait de connecter les donn\u00e9es aux nouvelles plateformes vocales ne r\u00e9soudra pas le probl\u00e8me. Il faudra mettre en place un processus pour s\u00e9lectionner la plateforme la plus efficace et l'adapter \u00e0 l'ensemble de donn\u00e9es sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me probl\u00e8me est le volume de donn\u00e9es. M\u00eame si la transcription de la parole en texte \u00e9tait d'une pr\u00e9cision de 100%, il y aurait les m\u00eames probl\u00e8mes de faux positifs que ceux qui existent dans les communications \u00e9lectroniques ; tout ce que le processus de transcription de la parole en texte fera, c'est de fournir de grandes quantit\u00e9s de texte pour l'analyse. Ce probl\u00e8me peut \u00eatre r\u00e9solu par d'autres m\u00e9thodes telles que l'informatique cognitive pour favoriser la compr\u00e9hension du sujet et l'apprentissage automatique pour r\u00e9duire les faux positifs et trouver des risques plus pertinents. CONCLUSION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L'analyse de la voix a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s m\u00e9diocre, avec des taux de transcription de faible qualit\u00e9 et un nombre \u00e9lev\u00e9 de faux positifs. La capacit\u00e9 de transcription de la voix en texte s'est rapidement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une technologie de plus en plus performante, mais cela ne r\u00e9soudra pas le probl\u00e8me de la surveillance vocale.<\/p>\n<p>La surveillance vocale n\u00e9cessite de comprendre ce qui est dit et pourquoi.
