René Pigot is a partner in Accuracy’s Paris office and co-leads Accuracy’s global litigation practice. Since 2007, he has been providing advisory and expert services to corporate boards, investors and public authorities, primarily in the telecom, energy and retail sectors.
René advises clients on transactions and investment decisions involving strategic planning, financial analysis, business plan modelling, valuation and synergy assessment.
He also acts as an economic and financial expert in complex commercial, competition and regulatory disputes. He has provided expert evidence before courts and regulatory authorities.

René has particular expertise in telecom and large-scale energy infrastructure projects. He advises clients on investment decisions, regulatory and commercial frameworks and long-term market developments, notably in the context of the deployment of new technologies such as 5G and fibre networks, as well as the energy transition.
René also assists, as an economic and financial expert, claimants and defendants in the assessment and quantification of damages arising from contractual disputes, competition law infringements and intellectual property matters, and has provided expert evidence before courts and regulatory authorities.
