Miriam Skalli is a director at Accuracy. Since joining the firm in 2020, she has developed strong expertise in strategy development, complex business modelling and performance management, with significant experience in transformation and growth-related situations, both within and beyond the financial services industry. Prior to Accuracy, Miriam worked for a strategy advisory firm in Morocco.

She regularly supports boards and senior management teams of large corporates with business model analyses and strategic decision-making. She has extensive experience leading teams in the development of corporate and business strategies, as well as in modelling their financial impact.

Miriam also advises public-sector clients on portfolio rationalisation and the design and implementation of performance management frameworks. In addition, she conducts complex business modelling analyses for clients facing strategic, operational or financial challenges.

Miriam speaks French, English and Arabic.

  • Miriam supports corporates, financial institutions and public-sector clients in assessing strategic options. Her work includes market assessments, business model analyses and growth opportunity reviews in both domestic and international contexts.

  • Miriam develops and reviews complex business plans and financial models, including scenario analyses, financial impact assessments and synergy quantification.

  • Miriam assists clients in designing performance management frameworks focused on value creation, including the identification and monitoring of value levers, streamlined reporting and governance routines.

  • Assessment for a major global beauty player of the value creation associated with the acquisition of an AI-based virtual try-on company.
  • Design of a new forecasting model for electricity and drinking water volumes in Morocco in connection with negotiations with the delegating authority during the contractual economic review.
  • Assessment of pre-merger synergies between two global leaders in automotive leasing.

 

Business change, with a focus on performance management

  • Redesign of the performance management framework of the national port authority in Morocco overseeing more than 40 ports in the country.
  • Implementation of the performance management framework for ANGSPE, the national agency overseeing Morocco’s 57 public enterprises and institutions.
