Since joining the firm in 2020, she has developed strong expertise in strategy development, complex business modelling and performance management, with significant experience in transformation and growth-related situations, both within and beyond the financial services industry. Prior to Accuracy, Miriam worked for a strategy advisory firm in Morocco.<\/p>\n<p>She regularly supports boards and senior management teams of large corporates with business model analyses and strategic decision-making. She has extensive experience leading teams in the development of corporate and business strategies, as well as in modelling their financial impact.<\/p>\n<p>Miriam also advises public-sector clients on portfolio rationalisation and the design and implementation of performance management frameworks. In addition, she conducts complex business modelling analyses for clients facing strategic, operational or financial challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Miriam speaks French, English and Arabic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MScEng \/ Ecole Centrale Paris (2008)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a tabindex=\"0\">In-depth expertise<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Miriam combines strong strategic and financial capabilities, regularly working on complex projects such as strategy development, business modelling, synergy analysis and value creation assessments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategy development, including market assessments (within FSI and beyond FSI)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Miriam supports corporates, financial institutions and public-sector clients in assessing strategic options.
