She is a delay and quantum expert with over 15 years of international experience in engineering and construction projects across the infrastructure, industrial and energy sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Paul gained extensive experience in Project Controls within major global companies for more than 10 years, leading planning, scheduling and cost management for EPC projects of up to USD 3 billion.<\/p>\n<p>She also has considerable experience conducting forensic delay analyses, loss of productivity evaluations, acceleration assessments and damage quantifications. Paula has participated in numerous international disputes, both commercial and investment arbitrations, representing contractors or assisting owners in pre dispute, advisory or formal arbitration contexts. Additionally, Paula has participated in the calculation of financial damages under concession contracts. She has acted in both ICSID and ICC proceedings, UNCITRAL cases, expert determinations and pre\u2011arbitration strategic assessments.<\/p>\n<p>Her experience covers infrastructure (metro lines, motorways, airports), energy (solar plants, transmission lines, desalination), industrial plants and data centres.
