He has extensive experience with private equity funds in the UK and Spain on numerous complex engagements across a variety of sectors, including industrials, healthcare, distribution and consumer.<\/p>\n<p>Charles speaks English and Spanish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chartered Accountant (ACA) (member of ICAEW since 2016)<\/li>\n<li>BSc Economics, University of Bristol (2013)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a tabindex=\"0\">In-depth expertise<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Transactions<br \/>\n<\/strong>Charles has considerable experience providing transaction support to clients. This includes financial due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side), vendor assistance, business plan modelling, and SPA advisory services, as well as preparation of locked box memos and completion accounts.
