Before joining the company in 2015, she gained initial experience in business development at Devialet in Paris and Singapore.<\/p>\n<p>Based in Paris, she primarily works with international corporations and investors. With more than ten years of professional experience, she has developed strong expertise in real estate, along with extensive experience assisting international corporations \u2013 including publicly listed companies \u2013 with capital market operations such as acquisitions, IPOs, takeover bids and carve-outs.<\/p>\n<p>Charlotte holds a master\u2019s degree in management from ESSEC Business School (2015) with a specialisation in Corporate Finance.<\/p>\n<p>Charlotte speaks French, English and basic Spanish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ESSEC Business School (2015)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a tabindex=\"0\">In-depth expertise<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Transaction Advisory Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Throughout her career at Accuracy, Charlotte has worked on a wide range of transaction engagements including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, IPO processes, financial modelling, business plan assessment and synergy quantification.
