Since 2003, she has been providing competition advice to companies as well as enforcing competition law. She assists companies in merger control proceedings, in investigations into abuses of dominant positions, cartels and State Aid across sectors. She also testifies in courts on matters of competition law infringements and damage quantification.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining the firm, she was <em>Rapporteure G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Adjointe<\/em> (head of unit) at the French competition authority for three years.
