He graduated from ESSEC Business School with a major in Corporate Finance and a diploma from the Media &amp; Entertainment Chair. After graduating, he worked in the finance department at M6 before joining Accuracy in 2013, where he has primarily been involved in transaction services and corporate valuations.<\/p>\n<p>He specialises in corporate finance engagements, having worked on (i) several large-scale transaction processes as a due diligence expert, (ii) strategic and financial transformation projects and (iii) complex valuation issues.<\/p>\n<p>He notably has in-depth sector expertise in (i) Media &amp; Entertainment, having advised numerous corporates across various sub-sectors (TV, SVoD, audiovisual content production and distribution), and (ii) Leisure, Hospitality and Sports, where he has worked with leading hospitality groups, including hotel operators and brand owners.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e9r\u00e9mie is also a lecturer in valuation and corporate finance at ESSEC Business School.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ESSEC Business School MBA (2011)<\/li>\n<li>Concordia Business School exchange programme (2011)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a tabindex=\"0\">In-depth expertise<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>J\u00e9r\u00e9mie combines strong financial and strategic capabilities, regularly working on complex engagements such as business modelling, business plan development, synergy analysis and value creation assessments. He has in-depth expertise in Media &amp; Entertainment and strong knowledge of the Leisure, Hospitality and Sports sectors.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e9r\u00e9mie advises corporates and private equity firms on acquisitions and disposals.
