St\u00e9phane advises large corporations and private equity investors on some of their critical operations or decisions including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, international disputes, and assistance in business restructuring, business plan preparation and business valuation.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to founding Accuracy, St\u00e9phane was with Ernst &amp; Young in Paris (formerly Arthur Andersen) having joined the firm in 1992.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e9phane speaks French, English and Spanish. He regularly leads cross-border engagements in all three languages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate from EDHEC<\/li>\n<li>M.Sc. in Accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a tabindex=\"0\">Example of engagements<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>St\u00e9phane was involved in some of the major debt restructuring cases in France over the last few years (e.g.\u00a0SAUR\u00a0and Arc International) and in significant cross-border engagements such as the acquisition of\u00a0GE\u00a0Water &amp; Process Technologies by Suez in the US.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e9phane has developed in-depth expertise in industrial contexts.
