{"id":1976,"date":"2023-10-03T13:13:54","date_gmt":"2023-10-03T11:13:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.accuracy.com\/?post_type=team&#038;p=1976"},"modified":"2023-10-30T10:57:25","modified_gmt":"2023-10-30T09:57:25","slug":"arnaud-lambert","status":"publish","type":"team","link":"https:\/\/www.accuracy.com\/en_gb\/team\/arnaud-lambert\/","title":{"rendered":"Lambert Arnaud"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>About<\/h2>\n<p>Arnaud Lambert is a partner\u00a0at Accuracy.\u00a0With over 20 years of experience in financial advisory, he coordinates the transaction service practice within Accuracy and specialises in financial due diligence, valuations and financial modelling in all type of transactions: carve out and disposal of business units, pre-acquisition strategy including measurement of synergies, refinancing, Business development cases, IPOs.<\/p>\n<p>Working for both private equity investors and corporates clients, Arnaud has been exposed to a multitude of sectors but developed a specific focus in Healthcare, Aerospace &amp; Defence, Retail, BtoB Services and Manufacturing Industries.<\/p>\n<p>During his career, Arnaud has also participated in significant restructuring engagements and has experience as a third party expert in several international arbitration cases.<\/p>\n<p>Arnaud speaks French, English and Spanish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate from Ecole Sup\u00e9rieur de Commerce de Paris (1993)<\/li>\n<li>DESCF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a tabindex=\"0\">In-depth expertise<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Arnaud has extensive expertise in Transaction Service engagements including vendor assistance engagements as well as acquisition due diligence and post-merger integration.<\/p>\n<p>Arnaud assists large industrial corporations operating in the aerospace and defense industry with business planning, risks modelling, program independent valuation, contracts reviews, due diligences.\u00a0 He has extensive experience in the healthcare industry \u00a0providing support for business case modeling, valuation of licensing agreements or other IPRs, buy side and sell side engagements across the entire industry from CROs, pharmaceutical labs, private hospitals, CMOs\u2026).\u00a0 In the Retail industry, he has supervised numerous engagements covering purchasing optimisation, POS development strategy, valuation of stores portfolio, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Arnaud has also been involved in commercial litigation cases dealing with the quantification of damages resulting from commercial, and post M&amp;A disputes.
