S\u00e9bastien has more than 20 years of professional experience in economic and financial analysis, particularly in relation to disputes, and has the distinctive feature of using a dual methodological framework, both economic and financial.<\/p>\n

He specialises in economic and financial issues in fiscal contexts, having undertaken numerous engagements in the field, both in France and abroad. In particular, he has led engagements on the assessment of intra-group transfer pricing, as well as on the valuation of intellectual property, financial instruments and businesses more widely.<\/p>\n

S\u00e9bastien is engaged as an expert in the context of intellectual property, commercial and competition disputes, in addition to international arbitrations. He has also led engagements involving competition authorities.<\/p>\n

Further, he has experience working for states on economic matters.<\/p>\n

He regularly publishes articles, including in academic journals, and is often invited to speak at conferences in France and abroad.<\/p>\n

S\u00e9bastien graduated from HEC.<\/p>\n
