While significant attention is often devoted to deal execution, panellists highlighted that the ability to deliver synergies and create long-term value frequently depends on decisions taken well before the transaction is completed.<\/p><p>A key theme that emerged from the discussion was the importance of preparing integration during the due diligence phase.
