Involving experts at an early stage allows for rigorous testing of assumptions, methodologies and potential damages frameworks, helping to refine positions before they become fixed and more difficult to challenge.<\/li><li>Panellists also emphasised the importance of the quality of inputs underpinning expert analysis. Rather than producing results in isolation, experts rely on contemporaneous documents, factual evidence and market data to form their conclusions. The credibility of their work is therefore closely linked to the completeness and consistency of the information provided.<\/li><li>Finally, the discussion highlighted a broader trend towards more streamlined expert processes. Arbitral tribunals increasingly expect clarity, efficiency and cost\u2011effectiveness, prompting experts to deliver more focused analyses, transparent methodologies and concise reports, as well as clear oral presentations tailored to decision-makers.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>The seminar reflects Accuracy\u2019s continued engagement across Asia in supporting clients, legal teams and institutions on
