In April 2024, we organised the “International Construction Project Dispute Resolution Seminar” in Beijing, China. The hybrid seminar was a success with nearly 80 offline participants including representatives from leading domestic construction companies, as well as well-known lawyers and arbitrators in the field of construction in China and abroad. Moreover, we welcomed nearly 110,000 online participants.<\/p>\n

Four of Accuracy\u2019s construction experts from the London, Dubai and Singapore offices \u2013 Herv\u00e9 de Trogoff, Juan S\u00e1ez Garc\u00eda, Samuel Widdowson and Alasdair Snadden \u2013 took part in two panel discussions, sharing their thoughts on the development and trends of dispute resolution in international construction projects and the different challenges faced by Chinese construction engineering companies.<\/p>\n
