The Guidelines were launched in\nSingapore on 23 April 2019, at the inaugural CIArb Asia-Pacific Regional\nConference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.accuracy.com\/en_gb\/team\/partners-directors\/jonathan-ellis\/\"><strong>Jonathan Ellis<\/strong><\/a>,\na director in the Singapore office, is a member of the Drafting Sub-Committee\nand has been actively involved since the inception of the Guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Guidelines seek to provide non-prescriptive\nguidance on the use of witness conferencing in International Arbitration. They\nallow arbitrators, counsel for the parties and experts to be on the same page\nand know what to consider and what to expect of each other as part of witness\nconferencing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Guidelines can be downloaded&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.accuracy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/CIArb-Guidelines.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"here (opens in a new tab)\">here<\/a><\/strong>. We hope that they will be of assistance to all practitioners, no matter the level of experience, and to all types of users.
