To mark the first anniversary of CFnews (the Corporate Finance news source) on April 29 2009, Accuracy, accompanied by Agathe Zilber, presented the results of a survey examining the theme of: “When will the M&A market pick up again?”<\/em> at the Cercle de l’Union Interalli\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

For the second consecutive year, Accuracy and CFnews have jointly organised a study, within the framework of their partnership, involving the senior management, financial, and M&A departments of major groups.<\/p>\n

In 2008, the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between major companies and investment funds. The goal of the 2009 survey was to shed light on the impact of the financial crisis upon M&A operations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During this special anniversary evening, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Duponchel<\/strong>, (Accuracy\u2019s Managing Director)<\/em>,\u00a0and Arnaud Lambert<\/strong>, (Associate) <\/em>gave speeches to exclusively present the survey results.<\/p>\n

The speeches were followed by the awarding of prizes to four company managers.<\/p>\n
