– Why and how do changes in the relationship between LBO funds and management make it necessary to adopt a new approach to management packages? <\/span><\/em>
\n– How are management packages being adapted to take account of these changes? <\/em>
\n– Which legal, fiscal and financial aspects now need to be taken into consideration?<\/em>
