Our report rationalised the financial performance of each site with their local market potential, business positioning and competitive environment. We also issued clear-cut recommendations to Management regarding their portfolio strategy, with our major recommendations already being implemented.
Accuracy Role
We put together a multidisciplinary team with both strategic and financial expertise to tackle the following issues: (i) financial and economic performance by site; (ii) analysis of site network synergies; (iii) review of the competitive environment, site-by-site; and (iv) recommendations on portfolio restructuring (i.e. divestments, investments, swaps).
