Accuracy advises Orange on EE’s £12.5bn sale

Accuracy confirmed its advisory role in the £12.5bn sale of EE, the UK’s largest mobile telecommunications provider, to BT, the UK’s largest provider of landlines and home internet, which Closed on 29 January to create the UK’s leading communications company. Accuracy advised Orange, who owned 50% of EE in a joint venture with Deutsche Telekom (via its mobile operator T-Mobile), on the sale. The scope of work included preparation of a vendor assistance report, compilation of financial information for the negotiation of the SPA and the calculation of the Estimated Completion Accounts.
