Accuracy advises Orange

Accuracy confirmed its advisory role in the £12.5bn sale of EE, the UK’s largest mobile telecommunications provider, to BT, the UK’s largest provider of landlines and home internet, which is set to create the UK’s leading communications company. Accuracy advised Orange, who owned 50% of EE in a joint venture with Deutsche Telekom (known in the UK as T-Mobile), on the sale. The scope of work included assistance in and compilation of information for the SPA negotiations as well as the preparation of a vendor assistance report containing selected financial information on the target.
