Accuracy adviseert Nordian Capital bij investering in Oxyma

Accuracy heeft Nordian Capital, een Nederlandse private equity investeerder, geadviseerd bij de investering in Oxyma door middel van buy-side due diligence. Financiële bijzonderheden zijn niet gepubliceerd. Oxyma is marktleider in Nederland op het gebied van data-driven marketingservices en solutions. Het bedrijf werd vijftien jaar geleden afgesplitst van drukkersgroep Roto Smeets De Boer. De onderneming heeft ruim 250 werknemers en werkt onder meer voor BMW, KPN, NS, Air France-KLM, Vodafone en Jumbo. Het bedrijf heeft kantoren in Amsterdam en Rotterdam.
