Accuracy adviseert IS Group bij overname Net Ground

Accuracy heeft IS Group, een van de grootste Nederlandse aanbieders van IT- en cloud solutions en dochteronderneming van Koninklijke KPN, geadviseerd bij de overname van 100% van het aandelenkapitaal in Net Ground, een leverancier van managed hosting- en cloud diensten in Nederland, op het gebied van financiële due diligence. Net Ground is sinds 2001 actief op de (web)hostingmarkt en gespecialiseerd in managed-hosting diensten. Daarmee past de overname in de strategie van KPN om zijn positie in de snelgroeiende Nederlandse cloud-computing markt te versterken. Er zijn geen financiële details bekend gemaakt.
