Accuracy adviseert EPEX SPOT bij de fusie met APX

De Nederlands-Belgische stroombeurs APX gaat samen met het Frans-Duitse EPEX SPOT. Hiermee ontstaat de een na grootste stroombeurs van Europa. Voor energiebedrijven en financiële instellingen zal het na de fusie gemakkelijker en goedkoper om grensoverschrijdend te handelen in elektriciteit. De deal vindt plaats met gesloten beurzen. Tennet en Elia, beide aandeelhouders van APX, verkleinen hun aandeel tot 20% en 10%. Accuracy heeft EPEX Spot bijgestaan op het gebied van financiële due diligence.
